Hello Fall!
Welcome to my sweet and simple fall decor home tour!
Fall is in full swing and it’s exciting! I’m always happy to welcome the Autumn season. Usually, by the end of the summer, I’m ready for booties, sweaters, and of course everything pumpkin spice! (I must admit — I’ve enjoyed a few PSLs already this season 😉) So, today I’m sharing my Fall home décor! The bright colors of summer have moved out and the muted beautiful Fall colors are here to stay! (at least until the next season change haha)
I must admit, this is only my second year decorating for Fall. Growing up, there was really only one season my family decorated for — I bet you can guess what red and green holiday I’m referring to! Call me ignorant, but I never knew how beautiful other season’s decor could be! Because of this, last year was the first year I started to collect Autumn decorations. My collection is growing but I still have a long way to go!
So with this year’s decor, I’m keeping it very simple. I’ve moved things around and added a few pieces to create a new Fall look! My hope is to inspire some of you to do the same! Know that you don’t have to own a huge storage facility stocked with decor to decorate for a new season. A few small changes can make a great impact!

Front Porch & Entry
I found this wreath at Home Goods last year, and I love it. I’ve never been a fan of the bright yellows and oranges of traditional Fall colors, so when I saw these white pumpkins, I had to have them. Most of my Fall color scheme is based on this wreath. You can find a similar onehere or here.
A welcoming entry with a signature fall look: buffalo check! (Shhh… I used a scarf to pull together this traditional look!) The eucalyptus is a new favorite decor staple. I love the live look it brings to any room.
Also new for the season, this Safavieh area rug. It replaced my traditional small front door mat. It’s 4×6 and is a much better fit for this space.

Dining Room & Morning Room
Aside from the new Fall decorations, many other changes have been taking place throughout our home. The most noticeable is the change in the breakfast nook and dining room. There has been some temporary furniture movement while our dining room table is off being refinished. (Which is a project that I’m totally excited about!)
The breakfast nook table is standing in until the dining table returns (hopefully by the end of the year!) But, the tablescape is still as beautiful as ever! I found these mercury glass pumpkins that I’m absolutely in love with! They light up and are so beautiful at night!

The previous breakfast nook (you can read about the last transformation here) is now more a “Morning Coffee Room.” Since the table is standing in for the dining room, I moved in a smaller round table that gives the room a kinda “French Bistro” look, at least I like to think so 🙃 The previous Bar Cart has now been stocked with coffee essentials*! So I can now enjoy my morning Cup of Joe at the quaint table overlooking our backyard woods. It’s absolutely beautiful here once the leaves start to change colors, but we are still a few weeks away from that happening. [*Coffee essentials: my new Nespresso machine and a variety of capsules. If you are a fan of coffee or espresso, you need this machine!
It’s this little guy’s favorite spot in the house!
Kitchen & Living Room
A few small changes to the main living area of the home complete the sweet and simple Fall decor!
After finding this pumpkin at Home Goods, I decided that blush is now considered a “Fall color”! 😉
I kept most of my favorite pieces around, including these Ginger Jars. I found mine at Home Goods, but similar ones can be found here.
